Flooring samples are almost a must if your a floor covering company today. Without an actual sample for the customer to feel and match with other flooring samples they will never be sure what the final product will look like unless they've seen it before. Even though many websites offer online flooring showrooms, a color, or pattern doesn't do the same as a floor sample that you can touch.

Hi Shannon! Thanks for sharing this info on Flooring samples.

On a bit of a different note, we just wanted to point out that if you have an uneven sub-floor surface, or for laying over concrete, you can use floating cork oak floors instead of glue-down. This kind of floating floor is also quiet, comfortable, and healthy for homes and businesses because cork is such an amazing eco-friendly and sustainable product with inherent properties not found in hardwood flooring.

Cork oak flooring is also sold in planks, like our new Cork Plank with Micro Bevel on 4 sides. We have a lot of information about cork flooring on our blog, http://www.wicanderscorkoakblog.com. We hope you get a chance to visit.

Thank you!
