Often my retail customers are exhausted by the time they get to the &quot;bathroom makeover&quot; and just do something - anything - to just &quot;get it done&quot; instead of giving real thought to the long-term implications of the customer experience, the ease of cleaning and maintenance, etc. Keep up the great work!</description>
