		<description>I like the idea of making a choice for you and your family, rather than focusing on resale. Maybe this is because when we sold our last house, our bedroom walls had been painted red. I think it looked great, and we managed to sell the house anyway.

As far as flooring goes, I really think that a lot of people get hung up on color uniformity. But, there&#039;s a ton of visual appeal to be had in something like a slate floor, which is all about muted color ranges and natural variance.  This makes your installation the only one of its kind.  That&#039;s got to add &lt;i&gt;more&lt;/i&gt; value to a home, not less.
