These could be perfect for new builds etc with the current economic crisis.

Obviously it all depends on cost but you would expect them to be a lot cheaper than original stone.

I have a flooring dealer, who is a customer of mine, that has some of this (as in your second photo) installed in a kitchen showroom area of his store. The lighting really highlights the texture of this material.
